Azure qualified Technical Support Engineer - Investment Banking - Immediate start
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with a proven VIP support background in Investment Banking and a valid Azure certification to join our client’s team in Central London. This is an onsite role for an initial 6 week contract with potential for extension.

Shifts: Rotational – 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | 10:30 AM–7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35 – Umbrella contractors only)

Languages: Fluency in French is advantageous
Essential Skills & Experience (non-negotiable)

VIP support experience within the Investment Banking sector

Azure certification and hands-on Azure administration/support experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience across 1st to 3rd Line Support

Service Desk background – supporting users remotely and managing tickets via an Incident Management tool

Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Windows platforms)

Windows OS support (Windows 7 & 10)

Microsoft Office 365 (desktop & admin support)

Excellent customer-facing skills with a professional, well-presented manner
