📌 Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer (Security Field Service Engineer)
📌 Location: Swindon & M4/M5 Corridor (Field-Based)
📌 Salary: £33,000 - £39,000 per annum + Benefits
📌 Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Installation – Commissioning, installing, and upgrading conventional, addressable, and wireless fire alarm systems.
✔ Routine Maintenance & Servicing – Ensuring fire alarm, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers are fully operational.
✔ Troubleshooting & Repairs – Responding to reactive calls for fault-finding and diagnostics.
✔ Site Assessments & Compliance Checks – Conducting inspections for fire safety compliance (FIA/NICEIC standards).
✔ Technical Support & Customer Service – Providing expert support and advice to clients.
🔎 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in fire alarm and emergency lighting systems.
✅ Strong knowledge of FIA / NICEIC compliance standards.
✅ Experience with fire alarm installation & servicing (conventional, addressable, wireless systems).
✅ Ability to service fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
✅ Full, clean UK driving license (Field-Based Role).
✅ Excellent problem-solving and report-writing skills.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a "can-do" attitude.
