Role Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to support the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of a digital platform used across Product Development, Purchasing, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain functions.
Based in China, this role will work closely with local business users, suppliers, and commercial offices while collaborating regularly with Product, Process, Technology, and Support teams at global headquarters. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between local operations and international teams, ensuring successful platform adoption, effective communication, and alignment with global processes.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Implementation & User Adoption
- Lead platform rollout and adoption across local teams and supplier-related operations.
- Support onboarding, training, and change management activities.
- Promote effective use of the platform and transition from manual or legacy processes.
- Monitor adoption levels and address barriers impacting user engagement.
- Ensure adherence to global standards and business processes.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between local users and global Product, Process, Technology, and Support teams.
- Translate business needs, operational challenges, and user feedback into clear, actionable inputs.
- Communicate platform updates, new features, process changes, and issue resolutions to stakeholders.
- Prepare status reports, issue summaries, and structured feedback for headquarters teams.
- Escalate incidents and risks with appropriate business context and priority.
Functional Support & Issue Management
- Provide day-to-day support to users across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain functions.
- Investigate and resolve functional issues, service requests, and process-related challenges.
- Coordinate with specialist teams when escalations are required.
- Track issues through to resolution and maintain clear communication with users.
Training & Change Enablement
- Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and user training programs.
- Develop and adapt training materials, guides, and support documentation.
- Help users understand both system functionality and end-to-end business processes.
- Support consistent adoption and standardized ways of working.
Process Improvement
- Understand key business processes and ensure platform usage aligns with operational requirements.
- Identify process gaps, adoption challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather user feedback and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with Product, Operations, and Technology teams.
Travel & Deployment Support
- Travel within Qatar and Spain to support offices, suppliers, and business teams.
- Participate in occasional international travel for project alignment, training, and implementation activities.
- Support deployment, go-live, onboarding, and stabilization activities as required.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Experience in software implementation, digital transformation, business process improvement, user adoption, or functional support roles.
- Proven experience working directly with business users and operational teams.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and enterprise applications.
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-enabled environments.
- Exposure to international or cross-functional teams is advantageous.
Functional Skills
- Strong business process analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to identify process gaps, functional issues, and adoption barriers.
- Experience documenting requirements, incidents, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working with enterprise applications and digital collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-up and issue resolution.

- Native or fluent Arabic.
- Advanced professional English (spoken and written).
- Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
