Executive IT Support Specialist

🕑 Contract: 3 months (with option to extend up to 1 year)
💰 Compensation: $3,500 /month Independent Contractor
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated technology support for senior executives. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while delivering a premium level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Act as the primary contact for senior executive technology support.
- Provide day-to-day break/fix support for all executive devices, including:
- Hardware: PCs, laptops, phones, tablets (iPads).
- Software: Commercial off-the-shelf applications (COTS), business applications, and corporate network access.
- Support global executives visiting the Houston facility.
- Provide IT support for off-site key executive meetings when required.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Video Conferencing (VC) Support
- Serve as the primary contact for all video conferencing devices and systems.
- Manage software/hardware upgrades and ensure systems are up to date.
- Conduct testing and validation of new VC devices.
- Deliver full technical support for internal and external executive meetings.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues where required.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the wider Executive Support Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with video conferencing leads and vendors for advanced troubleshooting and upgrades.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or executive/desktop support roles.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and handling sensitive, high-pressure situations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.
Contract Details
- Duration: Initial 3 months with potential extension up to 12 months.
- Location: Onsite in , Houston, TX.
- Compensation: $3,500 per month.
