IT Support Specialist (IC4)
12-Month Contract | Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Overview
Menlo Security is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to support both in-office and globally distributed teams. Based in Mountain View, this role provides hands-on and remote technical support across end-user devices, applications, and infrastructure, with a strong focus on security and user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Provide IT support via JIRA ITSM, Slack, and walk-ups in line with SLAs.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.

Deliver high-quality customer service and clear technical documentation.

Support new hire onboarding across multiple locations and time zones.

Install, configure, and maintain macOS, Windows, and Linux systems, including AV and conferencing tools.

Manage endpoints using Jamf and Intune.

Support IAM and SSO using Okta.

Apply and enforce security controls and company security policies.

Work with third-party vendors and suppliers.
Skills & Experience

3–5+ years in IT support or similar role.

Strong experience with macOS and Windows (Linux desirable).

Experience with Jamf, Intune, Okta, and SSO.

Good understanding of security fundamentals (phishing, malware, ransomware).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Contract Details

Contract Length: 12 months

Rate: USD $80 hour (dependent on experience)
