💶 Rate: €300–€350 per day (depending on experience)
🔍 About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide in-person technical support at our client site in Wilhelmshaven. The successful candidate will be available on the first and second Wednesday of each month, delivering hands-on support across a range of technologies and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.
🛠️ Responsibilities:

Provide workplace IT support including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices

Deliver first and second-line support and resolve incidents in a timely manner

Perform CMDB registration and update asset information

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN connectivity, meeting room tech, and general IT infrastructure

Support user administration in Active Directory, Intune, and Office 365

Work with Azure for identity and device management tasks

Liaise with remote teams and follow up on open tickets

Maintain documentation and complete administrative tasks accurately
✅ Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with:

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

A valid driver’s licence and access to a car (some travel to nearby sites may be required)

Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks without supervision

Strong communication skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach
💶 Day Rate:
€300–€350 per day, based on experience and skills
