Role Summary
Enterprise Advantage is seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to support NATO operations. The role involves Red/Blue Team activities, penetration testing across web, infrastructure and applications, and providing security consultancy in line with NATO policies.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in and lead Red/Blue Team exercises.

Conduct web, infrastructure, and application penetration testing.

Perform security design reviews and provide consultancy.

Communicate findings to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders under the Head of the Penetration Testing Cell.
Required Skills & Experience
-
3+ years in penetration testing or cybersecurity.

Web application and infrastructure penetration testing.

Network security architecture and vulnerability assessment.

Use of penetration testing tools and methodologies.

UNIX/Linux and Windows administration.

Scripting in Python, Perl, Ruby, or shell.

Strong reporting, risk assessment, and remediation planning skills.
