Job Description:
Project Manager – CCaaS, South Korea
Work Location: Seoul, South Korea (Onsite)
Contract Duration : 6 months
Salary: $324 per day
Responsibilities:
- Participates in requirements discovery sessions
- Build Platform Configuration based on the signed design document
- Subject Matter Expert for Platform and configuration
- Mapping of Customer use cases and business requirements to product capabilities
- Lead IC will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for technical progress
- Conduct build review of configured workflows & other configuration
- Participate in QA, testing and support UAT & Build Training plan in co-ordination with Trainer
Desired skills:
- Contact Center Implementation and Support experience
- Fluency in English and KOREAN Language
