Role Summary
We are seeking a senior, bilingual Program Manager to provide onsite leadership for enterprise network operations in Tokyo. The role is client-facing and requires strong programme delivery, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management capability in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise network operations programmes
- Act as the primary onsite liaison with client stakeholders
- Manage delivery milestones, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate vendors, carriers, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with operational, governance, and reporting requirements
- Oversee programme administration and delivery documentation
Required Experience
- Senior-level Program Manager experience in enterprise IT or network environments
- Proven experience supporting enterprise network operations
- Bilingual fluency: Japanese and English (business-level or above)
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and carriers
Desirable
- Experience working onsite with multinational or regulated clients
- Familiarity with network infrastructure, connectivity, and carrier services
- Experience in compliance-driven environments
